Welcome to True2Self Custom! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. General Information

True2Self Custom provides custom-designed T-shirts and apparel through DTF printing, vinyl printing, and embroidery. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers purchasing products from True2Self Custom.

2. Ordering Process

By submitting an order form, you agree to the following process:

1. Order Submission: You will submit the necessary details for your custom design request via the order form.

2. Quote and Payment: After review, a custom quote will be provided based on your design, quantity, and complexity. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production.

3. Payment Link: Once the quote is sent, you will receive an email containing a payment link for the deposit. Payments are processed through the link .

4. Design Revisions: You are allowed one free revision of your design before production begins. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

5. Approval: Once you approve the final design, production will begin, and no further changes can be made.

6. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before your product is shipped.

7. Production and Shipping: After final payment, we will ship your custom apparel on Fridays of every week.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

• For custom T-shirts, prices start at $30 CAD and may vary depending on design complexity and size.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production, and the remaining balance is due before shipping.

• Payment must be made through the provided payment link sent via email. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Time: Delivery time varies based on your location and shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Shipping Schedule: We process and ship all orders on Fridays of each week. Orders paid in full by Wednesday will be shipped the following Friday.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Custom Products: Because all items are custom-made, no refunds are available once production has started.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting your order for a full refund of your deposit. After 24 hours, cancellation is not permitted.

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for defective items.

6. Design Ownership and Usage

• Ownership: By submitting a design request, you affirm that you have the rights to use all logos, text, and images included in your design. True2Self Custom is not responsible for any copyright infringement related to your designs.

• Rights to Designs: Once your design is finalized and production begins, True2Self Custom retains the right to use images of the design for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer to opt out, please contact us in advance.

7. Revision Policy

• You are allowed one free revision of your design before printing.

• After the first revision, any additional changes will be subject to an additional charge.

8. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for your custom design, including sizes, colors, and text, is accurate.

• Communication: It is your responsibility to communicate with us promptly regarding any issues or inquiries about your order.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

True2Self Custom is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

True2Self Custom reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any customer who violates these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which True2Self Custom operates.
