If we can receive your order by 5PM EST on a Tuesday, then it will be ready for shipping by that Friday. If the order is received afterwards then it will be moved to the next weeks batch.

You are allowed one free revision after submitting your design details. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Please let us know if you have a deadline when submitting your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Because custom shirts are made-to-order, we can only offer refunds for defective items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
